When you run towards the goal wait for your players to go way
ahead of you, or even better when you are on your half go back
to opponents part of the center court circle and then press the
shot(d) key. Your player will kick the ball high towads your
attacker.
Then tap the shot button couple of times while the ball is still
in the air, and you will se your player giving a very, very
attractive goal (bicycle kick).
Word of caution: If you are not on the opponents half when you
first time press the shot button your player will just shot the
ball towards the goal with no effect.
Score a lot of attractive goals!
GameTip:

When your' player has the ball on half court go a little to
the goal and then shoot towards the goal with about half the
power of the shoot. In about 60% of cases the ball will
thumblle beside or even under the goalkeeper!

Tip 1:

Backed-up commands result in lots of wacky behavior
that might be mistaken for bugs, so be sure to erase
old commands when laying out a battle plan on the map
view.

Anthony Switcher, with his 100 stealth, is
indispensable; he'll get the drop on most
enemies before they see him. Give him a
sniper rifle, and he can clear most night
missions almost single-handedly.
Tip 3:

Let the computer do the firing for characters
who have high shooting skills. For instance,
Robin "Hood" Smedley and Tony Atkins should
stay on computer control in combat situations.
Tip 4:

Similarly, let the computer throw grenades.
Use the map screen to command a soldier to use
a grenade and then specify the target. It's more
efficient to let the computer judge the distance,
rather than eyeballing it and guessing the required
throw strength.

The auto-setup feature is stingy with ammo and backup

GET CHRONO IVANS, CHRONO COMMANDOS AND CRONO DESTROYERS:
First the men:
Be a soviet team (I prefer Libya) and allie with a mate who is GDI tell him to build and allied mcv, and deploy it in your base.
Make sure you have no men or defences near it
then stand an engineer right next to it,
quickly declare war on them and take the allied construction yard with your engineer.
Then allie with them again, now build spys and send them to 1:an allied enemy power plant, and 2:an allied enemy battle lab.
Then send a spy to a Soviet enemy service depot
now you should have chrono ivans and chrono commandos.
they work just like normal Ivans and commandos but they can warp to places...
Now the Boat:
Do all the above and then build both types of naval shipyards (allied and soviet).
Now send spys to an enemies allied shipyard, and a soviet one, then sell your 2 shipyards and you should have chrono deystroyers.
They will come out of your war factory and can go on land and sea (like transports)

1. During Skirmish Mode (Tech Level 10) if you know of an enemy base with units RIGHT at the top of the map, build an Allied Tech Center, then charge up the GPS Satellite. When it launches, it explodes at the top of the map, incinerating nearby infantry.

1.click on a tank, hold shift and type tanksforever

To fight against giant ants, hold shift and left click an the speaker in the beginning of a game.
Click a cruiser and a transport, group them and format them, they should move at the same speed.

Type in seven 5 (5555555) when you have a medic to repair all units
1.Put a damaged tank on the service depot
2.take it off as soon as you hear "repairing"
3.put it back on and take it off again when you hear "unit repaired" (this should happen in a couple seconds)
Now you have saved time, a unit, and MONEY
Click a grenadier, have him force fire in one spot, when you see his arms start to move click force fire at any spot on the map and he should throw it to that spot with the original granaid

Hint: More cars in garage:
You can fit more cars in your hideout's garage than you are supposed to. In district two, the garage should only hold two cars but you can fit four in (or five if they are small). Park the first two besides each other next to the wall. Then, park each car after that next to the door. Get out and the door will open. Quickly drive the car in before the door shuts. Now all three or four cars are saved. In order for this to work you need to park them very close together.
Hint: Custom music:
Copy some of your favorite MP3 files into the "mp3" folder in the game folder. Start the game and you will have a new radio station titled "mp3 player". Choose it to hear your own selections.
Hint: Custom skin:
Open the "skin" folder in the main game folder. Copy the skin "playa2.bmp" into any desired folder, then rename it "playa3.bmp". Open the "playa3.bmp", into MS Paint, Adobe Photo Shop, or another graphics program. Re-color and customize it as desired, then copy it back into the "skin" folder in the main game folder. Start the game, go into "Player Options", and choose your new skin.
Hint: Regain health with prostitute:
Car jack any vehicle and drive up to a prostitute walking the streets. Stop and let her approach the car, after a few seconds of talking, she will get in. Drive to a remote area where there are not any cops around (a good place is in your hideout). Stop the car, but do not get out. After about two seconds, the car will start rocking back and forth. You will recover approximately 40 to 50 points of health. When it is over, she will exit the car and walk away, but not before she charges you a fee. At this point you can beat her up and take back the money you just paid her. Note: The prostitute will fight back when you try to take your money back. If for any reason you both have to exit the car before it starts rocking, you will still be charged a fee (beat her up to take it back). You cannot do this with the same prostitute twice in one night -- you can however, pick up another prostitute and recover more health. Even though the maximum amount of health points is 100 when you start the game, it increases to 125 after the encounter and remains that way.

Park your car in a garage and save the game. Note: This only works when you are not in a mission.

Hint: Free paint job:
Pick up a prostitute then go to the Pay 'N' Spray. The paint job will be free. You can then back out, get out of the car, attack the prostitute, and get her money.
Hint: Flying a Tank:
Enable the chittychittybb code then turn the cannon so it faces the back of the tank. As you drive, start to shoot behind you. This will gain acceleration and make the tank fly.

Hint: Fly the Dodo:
While on the runway of the airport in Shoreside Vale, you can get a dodo in one of the hangars. The easiest one is near the helicopter pad in the back of the airport. Bring it on the runway. Once there, back it up all the way to the end so that it is facing Staunton Island. Hold [Down] + X. Note: Look toward the side view of the plane to get a better view before it scratches the ground and crashes. While accelerating, immediately before the plane's nose sparks the ground is going its full speed, release every thing and the plane it will take off on its own. Once in the air, you are now able to use the cursor keys to steer the plane. Tap the keys and do not hold them for a safer flight. Keep the plane closer to the ground as it keeps trying to go up. However, every once in a while let it climb then do a nose dive to get more speed.
Hint: Get to any of the other islands early:
Go back to the bridge and walk past the road block without a car. When you get far enough up the road, enable the giveusatank code and turn the gun so it is pointing behind the tank. Enable the chittychittybb code, then shoot the cannon and drive until you fly off the bridge. If done correctly, you will hover over the broken part onto the other side.
Start a new game and do the Give Me Liberty, and Luigi's Girls missions. Then, get a fast car and enable the chittychittybb and cornerslikemad codes. Once you are able to jump the Callahan Bridge (the one that is broken apart) and get to Staunton Island, save the game. Then, drive to the stadium on Staunton Island. Once you are near it, look for a tunnel with signs above it that read "Shoreside Vale", and "Portland". Follow that tunnel and turn left when you get the chance. Take that road and follow it until you get to the end. You are now in Shoreside Vale.
Hint: Portland: Get to Staunton Island early:
In the "Last Request" mission, it is possible to "maroon" the Japanese girl. To do this, look for the closest "island" when you pick her and Maria up. Get to the island and back the boat up a slope. You will hear crunching sounds. Experiment, and sooner or later she will drop off the boat and onto the island. From there, get to Staunton Island. You can cruise around and do everything else except take up any missions or side jobs. Kill Maria or the Japanese girl and the mission will end.
Find a very fast car, such as the Banshee in the shop at 8-Balls. Drive to the bridge and stop at the beginning. Enable the chittychittybb code. Accelerate, and if you are lucky, you will fly over the gap and land on the other side. It will take some practice before you succeed. Test it with different distances before the edge.

Hint: Staunton Island: Get to Shoreside Vale early:
Find a very fast car, such as the Banshee in the shop at 8-Balls. Drive to the bridge and stop at the beginning. Enable the chittychittybb and cornerslikemad codes. If you sound the horn with the codes activated, you will make a small jump. This makes it possible to jump over the gap. Sound the horn just when you reach the edge. However, when you reach high speeds the car starts to fly automatically. When this happens, you will not be able to make that little extra jump.
Enable the cornerslikemad code and drive to the hospital. From the road directly in front of the hospital, build up some speed then press [Shift] to make your car jump. You will land on a roof on the hospital. Without falling, drive into a building composed of glass windows. You will then fall into the tunnel leading to Shoreside Vale.
Hint: Big 'n' Veiny mission: Easy completion:
Start El Burro's "Big 'n' Veiny" mission by following the trail of magazines until you reach the top of the large hill where the Mafia mansion is located. Instead of turning right and following the trail down the hill, go straight and go down the grass cliff. You will end up in the Portland dock area, and will be very near the car that the magazine trail leads to. Find this van and kill the man next to it to stop the timer and complete the mission.

Hint: Cutting The Grass mission: Easy completion:
To complete Salvatore's "Cutting the Grass" mission easily, instead of having to trail the snitch for the whole time, go straight to the Portland docks. When you get there, drive to the boat with the ramp leading up it. There is a staircase attached to the outside of the nearest building. Climb this and stop where you can see the ramp easily. This allows you to completely avoid the risk of spooking the snitch and gives you a good angle to shoot him from.
Stay in your car and run him over to pass the mission with ease.
Get a taxi and stop behind the taxi he called. He will get into your taxi.
Hint: Dead Skunk In Da Trunk mission: Easy completion:
The Forelli brothers are very stupid and cannot maneuver out of tight spaces. Lead them into the tunnel (one brother is located at the parking lot of the café; the other is in front of the tunnel), thereby giving you time to shoot away at them. Once they are dead you can take the car and drive with ease. Also, if you damage the back end of the car to where the trunk pops open, you can see the dead body inside.

Hint: Better and quicker stopping:
When you are going very fast and you hit the handbrake, you will most likely spin out of control. To stop this from happening, hit reverse and the handbrake at the same time when you are trying to stop and high speeds. Doing this will stop you quicker, and eliminate any spinning.
Hint: Flashback radio station:
On the Flashback radio station, all the songs that are played are in the movie Scarface.
Tricks
Easy Tank Money
Get 2 tanks, anyway you want to, and then simple ram one tank with another, your funds will go through the roof.
How to Fly the Tank
This might sound absurd, but it works. First enter the code to get a Tank, then enter the "Fly With Cars" cheat (codes page). Get into your Tank, turn the turret 180 degrees so it's pointing backwards and start firing the cannon rapidly. Continue doing this until you gain altitude. To turn, just turn the turret slightly. Avoid the tall buildings and you'll do just fine!
Lightless Taxi []
The lightless taxi can only be caught after saving/loading, it is a glitch where the game doesn't load all items. And you save the game with the taxi lightless so it stays like that. This theory makes it POSSIBLE to get a lightless cop car!
BulletProof Barracks OL []
This vehicle can be obtained when playing the "Arms Shortage" mission from Ray. During the mission, the vehicle will be BP. It will be normal before and after the mission.
BulletProof/ExplosionProof/FlameProof Bobcat []
This vehicle can be obtained in the "Evidence Dash" mission from Ray. During the mission, the Bobcat that has the mission packages is BP/EP/FP.
Flip the Bobcat over then push it to your hideout. Don't worry about the rest of the packages, as the game will generate another bobcat in town.
BulletProof/ExplosionProof/FlameProof ]
This vehicle can be obtained in the "Turismo" mission from El Burro. During the race, flip over one of the cheetahs than push it to your garage. Do not let it out of your sight, and wait until the turismo mission has finished.
BulletProof Patriot []
This vehicle can be obtained after completing the "Marked Man" mission from Ray.
BulletProof Securicar, ExplosionProof Securicar [ ]
You can obtain a BP securicar in the "Van Heist" mission from Joey Leone. After damaging the vehicle, drive it to your hideout, and blow it up in your garage.
You can obtain an EP securicar in the "Escort Service" mission from Donald Love. Shoot the vehicle to blow it up, then push it to your garage.
BulletProof/DamageProof/ExplosionProof/FlameProof Stetch
This vehicle can be obtained in the "Salvatores called a meeting" mission from Toni. Once you visit Toni, head to Joeys but DON'T go into the blue field. Instead, park a vehicle near the wall on the side of the building, then enter the speed-up cheat code, then run between the vehicle and the wall, this will cause you to walk-through the wall. Then enter the Stretch and backup into the blue field, the vehicle will regenerate. Afterwards, drive it to your Staunton hideout by flying over the Callahan bridge (using the dodo physics code). Head to 8-Ball's bombshop, rig the car with a timer bomb, then activate the car-bomb in your garage and leave, don't let the door shut! After the vehicle explodes, walk out letting the door shut, so the vehicle regenerates.
Secret Speeder
Go to the airport, and go/drive down the runway that the planes don't use until you get to the cliff, drop down the cliff, and there you have it - a speeder (Warning, you will lose 3 points falling down).
Easy Way To Evade The Police
Here's a simple way to get the law off your tail. Do a lot of vigilante missions until you get like 1 or 2 police bribes in your safe house, now if you're fast enough, you'll get there before they get you.
Respawning Weapons & Items []
If you need more weapons or something extra that can respawn (like the weapons, health powerups, etc.), pick them up and go into your garage on foot and run up to the back wall. Once you do this all the items you should have picked will respawn and you can pick them up again. Do this as many times as needed.
