منذ عدة أيام أصدرت المحكمة الدولية مذكرة توقيف بحق الرئيس السوداني! و كثير من الدول لا
تزال تلهث وراء المنظمات الدولية من الأمم المتحدة لمجلس الأمن الدولي، صار كل شيء دولي
مريب، مشكوك في أمره و نواياه
In theory the United Nations would be the ideal body to control political disputes around
the world and stop tyrants before they take military action against their neighbor or even
their own people. Unfortunately in 54 years of existence the UN, though offering a forum
for discussion, has proven itself impotent to stop tyrannical governments or even
intercede in humanitarian disasters. John Kerry, however believes that any US
involvement in world problems should first pass a Global Test; defined as the United
Nations. His belief in the UN started with his father who was a Foreign Service Officer
assigned to the Bureau of United Nations Affairs. In 1970, when John Kerry first ran for
Congress, he told the Harvard Crimson, "I'm an internationalist. I'd like to see our troops
dispersed throughout the world only at the directive of the United Nations."
الكثير من الدول العربية إما كانت أو ستكون فريسة للمنظمات الدولية و لا تزال ملتصقة بها تطلب
المساعدة و العدل و اللجوء، طالما حيرني معنى المثل: القط ما بحب غير خنّاقه، لكن يبدو أن
أحد معاني هذا المثل توضحه العلاقة بين الدول العربية و المنظات الدولية.
الأمر الآخر الذي يدعو للسوداوية و يمحي كل تفاؤل غبي استخدام العدالة من أجل الظلم، قد
يكون زيد من الناس ظلم، نعم! و لكن عندما يخطئ عمرو لا يحاسب و لا يحاكم، هذه هي
العدالة بالمعنى الكوكتيلي!
على مر القرون طورت البشرية مجموعة من القيم التي تعتبر معايير من أجل تنظم العلاقات بين
البشر، و على أساسها يتم الحكم على فعل ما بأنه صح أو خطأ، و لكن في العقود الأخير صارت
الموضة الدارجة تسخير الاحترام الذي يكنه الناس لهذه المفاهيم من أجل استغلالهم، فباسم
العدالة يجوز كل شيء.

recorded history. Alexander the Great led Greece to dominance of the known world, only
to become the victim of Rome's quest for world dominance. The Roman Empire, built on
bloody battlefields across the land, was swallowed up by the Holy Roman Empire, built
on the fear and hopes of helpless people. History is a record of the competition for
global dominance. In every age, there has always been a force somewhere, conniving to
conquer the world with ideas clothed in promises imposed by military might. The 20th
century is no different from any other: Marx, Lenin, and Hitler reflect some of the ideas
which competed for world dominance in the 1900s. The competition is still underway.
The key players change from time to time, as do the words that describe the various
battlefields, but the competing ideas remain the same
